My name is Sarah, and I am the founder of Warrior Won Yoga.
I have practiced yoga myself for many years, and it has provided such a respite for me physically, mentally and emotionally from the daily circus of life. (with 3 kids, a husband and two dogs, we are constantly on the go!)
Post-Covid I really deeply felt the need for others to have this same opportunity for a grounding practice, this same opportunity for a sense of both calm and strength in their day to day. This truly lit a fire in me, and from there Warrior Won Yoga was born.
I completed my 200 Hour teacher training, and decided to dive deeper by studying further and completing Yoga for Children and Yoga for Athletes training. I am constantly inspired by the yoga community and am always learning new ways to incorporate this mindful way of thinking and moving into our daily lives.
My hope is to build a space that fosters community and to develop an experience that leaves you with a sense of belonging and overall wellness. I design my classes with the goal of giving you the opportunity to discover your own strengths, explore the freedom that movement provides you and help you find at least a moment or two to reconnect to yourself.
My hope is that each class in our studio leaves you feeling grounded, reconnected and empowered to tackle your day beyond the mat.
