whether you are a seasoned yogi or are new to your movement practice, any of our classes will suit you; we will offer variations to meet you where you are or challenge you to a new level.
a slow-flow style class to encourage gentle movement & self-compassion. this class focuses on a deep connection to our lifeforce, our breath. we move to find & strengthen the connecting between breath & movement. we will move slowly & deliberately, allowing time to fully experience every sensation & explore any expression of the posture that calls to us in the moment.

a medium intensity modern movement fusion, combining elements of yoga, mat pilates & barre. this class is designed to build strength in the body & in the mind. expect more continuous movement with short cardio bursts, mat based pilates movements & strength building segments utilizing body weight or light hand weights, all set to an energizing playlist. this class will leave you feeling empowered after an effective & spicy workout!
a gently restorative class to bring balance & softness to the body & spirit. come ready to fall into a blissful state of non-sleep rest. allow your body to feel fully supported so that your spirit can find surrender.
a modern take on traditional yoga poses designed for athletes or those with an active lifestyle. RECOVER is the perfect complement to the work you are already putting in with your workouts. you will experience increased mobility, fewer injuries, quicker recovery & relief from general aches & pains with a consistent RECOVER practice.
new to yoga?
this 4 week small-group course will start with the absolute basics. We will cover yoga etiquette, breath work, the basic yoga poses & more. our scaled back approach will allow you to ask questions as we break down all the yoga basics, and will leave you with the knowledge & confidence to jump into any yoga class.
