We ask that class cancellations be made 4 hours prior to the start of your booked class. Non-cancellations will forfeit that class visit and/or will incur at $10 late cancellation fee.
Definitely NOT! We very firmly believe that yoga is for everybody and every body, and we purposefully design our classes for students of all experience (and flexibility!) levels. Our instructors will offer variations and modifications to accomodate our new-to-the-mat students, and to challenge our more seasoned yogis.
We believe in the benefits of a warm yoga practice so our studio is kept comfortably warm without being overly hot. For all of our Hot Yoga Fans, a second Warrior Won location is already in the works that will feature the latest infrared panels to facilitate Hot Yoga classes
All you need for your practice is yourself! (And maybe a water bottle.) We provide you with a mat and all the props you might need for class. Of course, you are welcome to bring your own mat and towel if you prefer.
We recommend that you wear light athletic wear that will allow for comfortable movement. Be prepared to leave your shoes and socks at the door, as we always practice yoga barefoot or in yoga socks.
Yes! Yoga is an amazing way to calm your mind and connect to your body through gentle, mindful movement throughout your pregnancy. Please notify your instructor at the beginning of class so that they may offer appropriate modifications. As with any type of physical movement during pregnancy, we recommend that you speak with your healthcare provider before beginning a yoga practice.
Yoga can be very therapeutic, but we do recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before practicing yoga if you have an injury. Please notify your instructor of any injuries at the beginning of class so that they may offer appropriate modifications.
We love this question as we are passionate about the benefits children experience from the practice of yoga! Our classes are open to children ages 12 & up with a parent or guardian to accompany them through class. We also offer Children's Yoga classes geared specifically to kids under 12, as well as Teen & Youth Athlete classes which are especially suited to their growing bodies and sports. Be sure to check our schedule for class times.
