i'm sarah & i'm so glad that you are here!
i am the founder of WARRIOR WON Movement, momma to 3 kids & 2 pups, & a life-long learner with a passion for helping others to move & live well.
when i was young i loved dance, ballet was my first love. but as I got older, movement meant hardcore exercise & i didn't love that. working out became a chore. until i found yoga. then pilates. then barre & then strength training. with each new discovery my love for movement grew. developing my own movement practice has allowed me to find my light again. it has helped me to feel better & to move better which in turn has allowed me to show up more fully & more authentically in my every day.
after my yoga training i took a deep dive into movement, studying functional human movement, mat pilates, yoga for athletes, children's yoga, & more. i'm all about learning & evolving, about finding that perfect balance of wellness, fitness, nutrition & mindfulness. this has led me to study anatomy & physiology, holistic wellness, ayurvedic nutrition, breathwork & mindfulness practices, etc... i'm here for it all.
i am a big believer that movement is for everybody & every body. that moving well & living well are the keys to longevity. that a holistic approach to health, fitness & overall wellness is where it's at & that a movement practice that you look forward to every day is the secret sauce.

Jules McDonald is a passionate & dedicated yoga teacher with over ten years of practice and an E-RYT 500 certification.
yoga has transformed Jules's life, guiding her through highs & lows with grace & resilience. with expertise in vinyasa, heath, yin & trauma-informed yoga, Jules brings a holistic approach to teaching. believing in the yoga's power to strengthen the body, calm the mind & nourish the should, Jules designs accessible yet challenging classes for all ages, experiences & physical abilities.
