Hi, I’m Sarah, and it means the world to me that you’re here.
I’m the founder of WARRIOR WON Movement, a proud mom to three incredible kids, two sweet pups, and an eternal student of life. My passion is helping others reconnect with their bodies, find joy in movement, and create a life that feels vibrant, balanced, and full of joy.
As a child, dance was my sanctuary—ballet was where I felt most alive. But as I got older, movement shifted into something that felt heavy and obligatory. Workouts became all about pushing harder, sweating more, and checking a box. I lost the spark. Then yoga found me, and everything changed. Slowly, I began to fall back in love with movement—first through yoga, then Pilates, barre, and strength training. Each practice felt like a piece of me coming home.
Movement became more than just exercise—it became a way to heal, to grow, and to reconnect with myself. It taught me how to show up stronger, more grounded, and fully present in my life. Creating my own practice has been life-changing, not just for my body but for my mind and spirit, too.
This journey has taken me deep into studying the beauty of human movement, from yoga and mat Pilates to functional fitness and mindfulness. I’ve immersed myself in anatomy, breathwork, Ayurvedic nutrition, and the mind-body connection. What I’ve learned is this: movement is for everybody—and every body. It’s about celebrating what your body can do, finding balance, and creating practices that support your whole self.
I believe movement should feel like a gift, not a chore. That it’s a pathway to living well, aging gracefully, and showing up as your truest self. Most importantly, I believe wellness is not just about how you move your body—it’s about how you nourish your mind and spirit.
This journey is deeply personal, and it’s always evolving. Wherever you are on your path, I’m here to walk alongside you. Let’s move, breathe, and grow together.
From my heart to yours,
Sarah
I’m Cally, a seasoned 500-hour registered yoga teacher with certifications in various yoga styles including Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Restorative, and Power Yoga. Additionally, I hold a license as a personal trainer. I first found yoga in college. As a former athlete, embracing stillness was initially challenging, yet I was increasingly drawn to yoga, especially amidst the tumult of 2020. Motivated to deepen my understanding, I enrolled in a 200-hour yoga teacher training program. I began teaching yoga at various fitness centers, including kickboxing studios and HIIT gyms, witnessing the transformative impact of yoga on individuals' strength, flexibility, and mindfulness.
In 2022, I embarked on a transformative journey to Bali for a 300-hour yoga training, immersing myself in weeks of intensive learning under esteemed teachers. Upon my return, I pursued a personal training license, aiming to integrate Eastern and Western sciences for a holistic approach to well-being. My mission is to make yoga accessible and empowering for all, irrespective of their life circumstances.
This practice found me at a time when I felt lost—caught in the endless loop of daily routines, being everything for everyone but myself. After becoming a mom, I lost sight of who I was. But when I stepped onto the mat, something shifted. I found clarity, strength, and joy.
By day, I work full-time in my family's business, Slyman Brothers. But my true passion lives in the transformative power of Buti Yoga. Certified in 2018, I discovered Buti after a year of classes that left me feeling more alive than I ever had before. It wasn’t just a workout—it was an awakening. I felt seen, welcomed, and connected to myself in ways I hadn’t experienced. Most importantly, I began reclaiming my life.
Buti Yoga is a powerful fusion of primal movement, dynamic asana, tribal dance, and high-energy cardio set to beat-driven music. It’s more than a workout; it’s an emotional release and a community experience. It challenges me—and those I guide—to get out of their heads and into their bodies. It’s raw, empowering, and transformational.
Each class is unique, unpredictable, and alive with energy. Whether I’m teaching or taking a class, time flies as we laugh, sweat, shake, and move together. Buti is strength—physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. It reminds us we can do hard things and that perfection isn’t the goal; showing up is.
Buti has taught me how to breathe, how to let go, and how to live fully in the present moment—free from past regrets or future anxieties. It’s primal, healing, and liberating—a practice that connects me to my soul while strengthening and toning the body.
This is more than yoga; it’s a tribe. A space where we awaken, empower, and rediscover the hidden parts of ourselves.
I’m Lisa, a fitness trainer and instructor, and I absolutely love what I do. There’s nothing more rewarding than inspiring and motivating others to improve their lives through fitness. Hearing how my classes have made a positive impact on someone’s life makes all the effort worth it—I truly feel like I’m making a difference.
My journey into fitness started with my love of working out and my desire to connect with people.
If I could share one piece of advice, it would be this: Do what you truly love, and it will show. Passion and compassion can help you stand out in any field. When you care about your work, success naturally follows.
I look forward to infusing a new style of movement into Warrior Won through my cardio fusion class, ELEVATE.
