a medium(ish) intensity modern movement fusion.
we weave the best yoga, pilates, barre & strength concepts into a 45 minute, full-body sculpting class, always set to an epic playlist.
we incorporate light handweights & other props to bump up the burn & always end class with some delicious stretching & savasana.
this class will leave you a little sweaty & a lot empowered. it's a perfectly effective & spicy workout.

a slow flow class that encourages gentle movement - perfect for those days where you maybe don't want to workout but know that staying consistent with your movement practice is exactly what you need.
we move to find & strengthen the connection between our breath & movement. we move slowly & deliberately, allowing time to fully experience every sensation & explore any expression of the pose that calls to us in the moment.

FLOW I is an all level vinyasa practice where we move with intention, sweat with purpose, & find the breath amidst the rhythm of each pose.

we combine the best hiit & cardio sequences with the steady burn of strength training in this cardio-fusion class.
both higher & lower intensity options are always offered, so tune in, listen to your body & match the intensity you crave today.
we utilize handweights, resistance bands & more to rev the metabolism & get the heart pumping.

this one is just for the guys.
WARRIOR will help you to increase flexibility, to find relief from sore joints, tight hips, knee & back pain... to help you move better & show up better in your everyday life.
this is an all levels class. so whether you are an experienced yogi, a seasoned crossfitter, a weekend golfer or new to a movement practice, WARRIOR is for you.

we sequence RECOVER to be the perfect complement to the work you are already putting with your workouts & training.

designed to re-establish balance in, & bring peace to, the body & spirit.
we embrace the quiet moments.
we reach for props such as blankets, pillows & blocks to get comfortable & allow the body to feel completely supported so that we may settle into stillness & find ultimate relaxation & surrender.
