INTRO TO YOGA

A BEGINNERS WORKSHOP (2hrs) $50

no experience? perfect! EVERYONE here is a beginner, so don't worry for one more second about what you don't know or how you might look! (there are NO mirrors here btw!)

we will cover basic studio etiquette, breath work, common yoga poses & more. our scaled back approach will allow you to ask questions in a safe & encouraging environment as we break it all down, and will leave you with the knowledge & confidence to jump into any yoga class.

YOGA FOR ATHLETES

(45 min. class)

a modern take on traditional yoga poses designed specifically for athletes or anyone with an active lifestyle. (HINT: if you workout, you are an athlete!)

we sequence RECOVER to be the perfect complement to the work you are already putting with your workouts & training. 

you will experience increased mobility, fewer injuries, quicker recovery & relief from general aches & pains with a consistent RECOVER practice. 

YOGA FOR MEN

(45 min. class)

this one is just for the guys. 

WARRIOR will help you to increase flexibility, to find relief from sore joints, tight hips, knee & back pain... to help you move better & show up better in your everyday life. 

 this is an all levels class. so whether you are an experienced yogi, a seasoned crossfitter,  a weekend golfer or new to a movement practice, WARRIOR is for you. 

SUMMER SOLSTICE CELEBRATION

 (~2hrs)

traditionally  performed at the solstice, THE 108 is a fun & challenging yogi rite of passage, although no yoga experience is required!

we take our time, we get out of our heads & into our bodies, we move to an epic playlist  as we salute the sun with 108 sun salutations.
